A small group class dedicated to deepening our capacity to feel what wholeness in the Divine actually feels like. If you long to feel God within and to have a palpable experience of Grace that sturdies your faith and clears your path, this setting is for just that.

There is support available to clarify and illuminate even the tenderest places we hold within. Descending flows of healing Grace dissolve apparent falsehood and help us contribute to the evolution of life on earth.

As we open to the experience of spirit embodying matter, the nervous system feels the reliability of Truth and stabilizes in grounded presence. Somatic integration balances the mind, stabilizes the core, releases repressed emotions, and brings ease to the body.
